Belt Dressing

Ever start your car and the alternator belt screeched at you? A quick fix is spraying it with belt dressing.
It conditions the belt and gives it more grip.

Based on that, I was sure putting it on my climbing shoes would give me an advantage.
It did not.
It made my shoes slick I had to wash it off.

On a side note:
I have a $4 can of belt dressing for sale if anyone's interested.
