Cochrane Lane Access Restrictions this week?

Hey,

A friend and I are planning on climbing at Welsford (Cochrane Lane) this Wednesday and Thursday (October 5th and 6th). Are there any access restrictions we should be aware of? We are from NS so we would have to get the day passes at the base, won't we?
