photography workshop

Ground Zero Climbing Gym is having professional photographer David Grandy in on Monday Sept 26 at 7pm. He will be conducting a seminar on camera use and answering questions that you may have about getting betters shots. Cost is Free so how can you argue with that? If comming bring your camera and your instruction manual(this is important). Who knows mabye you will be the next Greg Epperson or Galen Rowel. Any how this is the first in a 3 part series of events we are hosting this fall. The next is in Oct and will be a seminar with demonstrations on massage and self massage technique(no wise cracks...especially from MItt or conan) Hope to see lots of folks out...afterwards there will be a serious crank sesh. TELL YOUR FREINDS!!!!

I think that a few of us from Acadia will finally be able to make it down and meet some of you folks!

I'm starting to get into some photography myself ([url]http://photos.housser.ca[/url]), and this sounds like a wicked opportunity. I've also been getting into climbing bits and pieces over the last few years (here are some photos of my climbing), and want to really start taking it seriously at this point in my life. I'm not climing very hard yet, so please don't laugh when I show up and flail, but I'm stoked to be getting out there!

The line I'm on there is called Fern Gully, 5.4, and to the left is Dog-Legging, a 5.8. They're both in the Fern Gully crag of the Smoke Bluffs in Squamish, BC.
