I duno if it's Rock and Ice or Climbing but one of them has an article this month on Tchech Republic climbing. Apparently modern trad gear and bolting are both banned from this climbing area. Locals rely on the 'monkey knot' and other knots for passive gear. Crazy!
I want to go to hell... there's probably lots of rock to climb there.

... wow, a rack of Monkey-Heads. I don't think I could grow the balls to lead climb with just chalk-cord for protection. I "give it up" to those who do and im sure their girlfriends love them -- for their big balls --
