CM Quasar axes

Postby shannon » Mon Jun 27, 2005 4:49 pm

Has anyone here owned a set of CM Quasar ice axes? I just tentatively bought a pair. What info I could find, spoke well of them. They're not part of a recall either. (series of picks were recalled)

Hey Shannon,
The Quasars are awesome. really some of the first new generation tools to appear, they still rock. If they had a little more curve in the shaft, they would still be cutting edge. I found that the head was a little overbuilt but overall they preformed amazingly.

I've used them too, and they swing nice, but to me are a little on the light side.
