well... since Mitch released his new "x-img" website I figured I'd go ahead and do the same and release my http://www.beta-source.com website. Keep in mind that it is still very preliminary. I've got tons of great ideas but just not enough time to work on them. It's a work in progress.

thx Chris. Hopefully it will only get better with time.

I just added a bunch of photos. Check out "recent" photos link. This will be the area where I post new photos. Unless I have enough for a full set like Les Chutes Mt Morancy which will be coming up. Then I'll add a note that a new set was added.

enjoy

Finaly updated. I've added photos to Verdon and Les Calanques. There is much more to come. Those photo sets are probably the worst ones so don't expect much. It's difficult to take rope climbing photos with two people.

I'm also working on the beta to all these locations. However, I'm trying to make a submit form that will allow readers to add links and their two cents beta to these areas. That is why I have no beta showing as of yet.

I'm also planning to do a similar submit form for new routes in Welsford and Greenlaw.

I forgot to mention.

Funny story about Verdon. You'll notice there aren't any climbing photos. Don't ask why. hehe

We got out of the car, looked over the railing, looked at each other and started laughing histaricaly, then got in the car and drove off. Instant Vertigo! We've both done tons of multi-pitch and we were both certain we could do Verdon (It's bolted after all right?!) but that wasn't the case. Yeah Yeah laugh it up but untill you've been there you can't say much. It's not like anything else you've done because for this crag you show up at the top of a 1000ft VERTICAL cliff (no progression) and have to rap in. The intimidating part is that you HAVE to make it back out. There is a trail out of the gorge but you may die of thirst and get picked by vultures if you run out of water. LOL I tell you, it realy isn't like starting a multi-pitch from the ground. It's very intimidating so consider that if you ever plan a trip to Verdon. The photos don't do justice to the void below. It's an amazing place and I'd love to go there more prepared some day and give it a go. It's NOT a sport crag even though it's bolted. I read countless articles about the intimidation of Verdon and how it even got to the most experienced of climbers. They were right.

Tyler,

we'd tell you, but we'd have to kill you.

As I watched this for the first time with my girlfriend, she couldn't help but notice how the actor playing my part is totally gross. Good thing I didn't show this to her a month ago.

Good work, I like the tunes. THe driving scene worked pretty good.

I like the thight cinetomagrophy on ro-shampo

man I had so much good footage of Ro-Shampo but couldn't squeeze it into the song. :(

my fav shot by far is the slow motion clip of Hummer on that 5.10 shooting from the top down. Blends nicely with the music too right when the beat slows down

those aren't tick marks. They are slurpy chalk puddles. The thing was so wet I don't understand how Louis was sticking those holds.

I like the pic of John on Old Town as well. I was a little disapointed of the Eagles Gift pics. It was in the middle of the day so the light is harsh and there are lots shadows.

Yeah, John sends me off in a downpoor to fetch his rope when he knows he tied it around a tree. Nice guy eh. LOL

I'd like to go back to Cape Clear to finish "Anihilator" but unless I get corporate funding I don't know if that will happen anytime soon.
