Yes, I know it is a fabulous day for climbing, I hope to get to Welsford today myself, but I'm inviting the NBCC-SJ crowd back to my place for dessert (and beverages); to officially celebrate the end of the plastic season and welcome summer. We'll head to my place at about 10pm - hope to see you there.

for why? Summer is when you need to train harder so you can send hard. :D
I want to go to hell... there's probably lots of rock to climb there.

Not everyone trains 3 nights a week inside and climbs 2 days and 1 night a week outside like we do Fred.

I think most give up the gym entirely for the summer and just get outside when then can.

Actually it's because our gym isn't open all year round. . . thanks for asking though.

that's too bad. Luckily you have a great outdoor training area though
