Hey. When I admitted to a wrist injury, I expected a whole bunch of male humour about how I hurt it, was it your left wrist, were you using it because it feels like someone else, etc., etc.. But now I realize how important it is in the climbing community to remain the strong, silent type. ("Strong", you query ...?) This will be my purpose in life from here on in, but my mantra will remain, "Stop lifting your brief case with your left arm, idiot, or you won't be climbing this weekend."

A monk asked Quiglin Shiqian, "What is a person who has realized the Way?"
Quiglin said, "Embracing the ice and snow, head and eyebrows held high."
