Kingston Crag (The Eider Section)

The rating for The Eider Section in the guide book is 5.11c, but there is a post on this forum stating it is a 5.11a. What is the general consensus for this climb?

I also left a couple of steel lockers at the top to make lowering a little more rope friendly.

I always thought it was first reported as an 11c, but like you said, the only post on CEC says 11a. It's probably the latter grade. What did you think? I've been on it once 3 years ago in the dark so I cannot contribute on the consensus of the grade.

I think it is somewhere in the vicinity of 11b/c. Did you use the arête on the last move?

I also can't really contribute to the grade consensus... This was my first climb above a 5.10 so I was surprised to see it as a 5.11c. I did use the arete on the last move which definitely made life a lot easier then continuing up the face.
