Hey everyone, I've got a home gym built with dirty holds that need a cleaning. I've already stripped the walls. I'm looking for suggestions on the best way to clean the holds? I've read online about several different products and methods but I figured I'd ask you all what you use?

Pressure washer. Bring it to a manual car wash if you don't have one. Good luck!

Seems a lot of people swear by a vinegar bath and rinse, any thoughts on this?

4x 4L NoName White Vinegar and buckets and 30 minutes makes for some clean holds.

The vinegar/brush method is bogus. You just need water under high pressure. A home-variety pressure washer will work fine but taking it to a car wash bay is the ticket. I'm pretty much the authority on this topic.

Does anyone use a dishwasher anymore?

You can take them to GZ tomorrow and wash our bin of dirty ones too with our pressure wash.

Haven't tried my self, but I heard the dishwasher works great. Dish-soap and high pressure I hear is key.

I tried the dishwasher method and it was about 75% effective.

My dishwasher isn't very good, so maybe that was why.

I use pure a vinegar soak, then rinse in clean water, no scrubbing. Works like a charm.
