Hey, Stoners:

Want to take a look at some new rock this weekend, brushes in hand? Suggestions? Fraser Lake? Gilbraltar? Admiral? Cave? Something requiring a canoe, to make it a real Canadian outing?

I have to confess to a hankering for the Cave again to do those last couple of routes. However I would also be game for somewhere totally new. My two alternatives (both requiring canoes)
1. The crag at the north end of Chezzetcook Lake
2. The crag on Admiral Lake (already done a little cleaning there)

I'm not familiar with Fraser Lake. Only drawback is my wife is taking the station wagon on a trip this weekend so I don't have a vehicle to transport my canoe.

I do remember Sean saying that he liked a beaver moustache, which struck me as odd because I have only seen him clean shaven.

Apologies for the previous post I said Admiral Lake where I actually meant the crag on Gibraltar lake where I have also done some cleaning.

Cara we have been trying to be truly CANADIAN since we started. I have been recruiting beaver the whole time to no avail. I think the best we can do now is bring along a playboy (for the articles)

I know... I'm going to HELL.

So i am up for any trip and if need be I can come pick you up steve. Let me know what the story is.

The weather calls for showers and rain. I prefer Sundays, given the cowardly, timid and backward attitude of most (voting) Nova Scotians toward Sunday shopping (I have things to do on any given Saturday). I would be open to scrubbing, rather than planning to climb. Stevo can make the call, as he is our fearless leader. No after party for me, as I am on the wagon. :cry:

I'm on for Saturday, don't fancy scrubbing in the rain, sorry guys. Also I'm out for canoe trips cos I only have the little car this W/E.

The Cave. No canoe required. Two new routes to do.

Anyone able to go out Friday, even just the afternoon?

Ok- just got back to computerville...

So let me get this straight... we're going to be shaving beavers using brushes, and use the trimmings to give each other moustaches?????

...All this while in a canoe??? Geesh! I hope we don't drowned. Sounds like a little too much activity for one canoe, to me.

Maybe we should bring two canoes... and a video camera.
