Does the climber at 0:10 take a factor 2 fall? Seems like a very harmless fall but he blows by his belayer...
So much rock, so little time

Kind of looks like it. Hard to tell how fall the far was because of the camera angle but he defedently does end up below the belayer.

I thought it just looked like he blew his first piece on a multi-pitch climb...and that was why he went below the belayer...

Exactly that is pretty much the defenition of a factor two fall. He fell twice the distance of the rope out in the system. Say he was 10 feet from the belayer then he would fall until he was ten feet below the belayer so 20 feet total.
20/10=2
