I didn't know if this was general in all or just climbing general. But I will post it anyway.
Theirs this dog on my neighborhood belonging to an RCMP officer. He just lets it roam around, crap on everyones lawn and barks and is going to eventually bite someone i think. I have told him to keep it on a rope/leash, but he still lets it go. Isan't this illegal in Canada? Just wanted to know before I go further with this.
