Hey folks - I think I'm heading to Potrero for the next couple of weeks. Anybody want to join me? : ) Any advice on the place? Looking forward to getting down there.

I know Shawn Burdett has been down there a couple of times. I'm sure he would have some great info for you.
PM me if you want his email.

Jamie,

I spent some time there last year at around this time, it was really hard to leave!

I stayed here

http://www.elpotrerochico.com.mx/

and would recommend it completely. has a kitchen as well as a restaurant/bar and amazing facilities including the famous pool/hammock combo. There were always people to climb with and the guide book writers seem to be in the restaurant or around the park on a regular basis.

-check out all the different places to get roast chicken in hidalgo, so tasty!

If you have any questions, drop me a line.

Cheers,

Jonathan
