There is something like that in back of Porters Lake, across the lake from Myra road. I remember seeing it from the start of the Crowbar Lake Trails. Access without a boat looked like a slog though.

Guy wins.
East side of Admiral Lake, you can see it clearly from the "Admiral Lake Loop" trail in Musquodoboit (behind Railway Crag, G Spot, etc.).
We were calling this "The Promised Land" for awhile.

Not quite as big as it looks from afar -- probably about 100ft at its tallest. Has had a couple of visit by climbers, but no ascents to date that I know of.

Best approached across the frozen lake in winter.

I think Sean Kelly & Stevo Might know more about it. I can't be bothered to figure out how to add a picture so Cassidy check your email for a better image.

Paddled in, took closer photos, and trooped around (bush-crash, no trail from Admirals).

Punshon said the cliff has a thin vineer of crusty rock all over its face.

Scrape the rock off and the underlying rock isn't great, he said.

Haven't been there myself.
A monk asked Quiglin Shiqian, "What is a person who has realized the Way?"
Quiglin said, "Embracing the ice and snow, head and eyebrows held high."

Are those boulders at the base of that cliff?

Better photo courtesy of Conan. Would be able to see more of cliff if it weren't for those pesky boulders.
