Ice Climbing Feb 6-7

Great weather for ice climbing, anybody in? Looking to mix it up from Bay of fundy and Tatamagouche...Folly River?? Is that the name of if Peter, the one that you have to walk on the train track and back out by the cemetry. And there is another one up there as well maybe, the fall (turn by the church).

-27 with wind chill on Friday, won't complain that the ice is melting.

Sorry for the delay, Simon. Yes, it's Folly River, near Wentworth.

Couple hours in Bedrock are all I can manage this weekend, due to work and family.

That's what you, the taxpayer, pay me the big bucks for, I guess.

Peter,

As long as your not expensing Digital SLR cameras, $6000 software web-development programs, Big screen LSD TV's, Projectors, and generators for your home like some of our MLA's have.

While it was -18degree in Halifax, temperature in Folly River was 1.4degree. The ice is fully in and quite plastic in the afternoon. Great condition and the river is fair to walk back to the road.

I can't lie. It's eating me up inside: I once expensed claimed 20 kms when it was really only 18.5. I will give that $0.60 to the first taxpayer I see today.

Went to the Quarry yesterday. Excellent conditions. Thanks again to whoever. Set up those top anchors. They're a treat.
