Does this route follow the dihedral all the way past the last bolt and kind of merge with Ra at the top, or do you go straight up from the 2nd to last bolt to get to the anchors?
It's a super sweet route either way, I got really lost at the top though...

yep. Follow the dihedral till the end, and then step out onto the face for a thin move to the end holds.

so does the route finish at the same anchor as Ra, or at the anchor that's higher on the left?

Most people just finish at RA. The other anchor is usefull if you want to set-up a TR.
