Did my first pitch of full-on aid today Awesome. What a wicked day. We hiked up in freezing rain but luckily enough it turned to snow by the time we racked up. Made for a great bunch of adventure climbing. I learned:
1) cams hold in wet, icy cracks,
2) 2 lobes making good contact are totally good enough
3) those tiny #2 and #3 BD nuts actually have a purpose
Anway... aside from spraying... I have a point. I thought I'd mention that absolutely everything was seeping and with cold weather should freeze up pretty good by next weekend.
Also... a green alien was left underneath the gumby roof move. If somebody is going though there anytime soon ( ) I'm sure they wouldn't mind cleaning it eh?
(disclaimer... Henni did the arch... not me)
