Scottish Shunt 5.9 (S. Punshon and S. Kelly, 11th Oct 2008)

Climb the finger/thin hand crack midway between Careful with that Axe and Dead Dog Do to a small ledge at 20 ft., move up and right past a horn shaped jug and then pleasant wall to top. Good protection and surprisingly good climbing.

Hey Alan, thought that little renaming might pull you out the woodwork! How ya doing ya old shunt? You might at least have cleaned the runner placements, I had to clean on lead, oh btw we did find a penny at the bottom of the crag but left it on a prominent rock if you go back for it.

Sean, that area around Kelly's Corner was dripping as usual.

Cheers

I am frugal about most things, Stevo, including cleaning off holds and such trivia....glad you are staying active, Sean too...do not fret, I shall return at some point, I don't think I can afford to retire in the old country !...besides which I miss you all too much. Keep a few lines free for me.
