Stoners - Are We Wimps or What?

Postby peter » Tue Jun 03, 2008 9:27 pm

It is Tuesday, the first Tuesday in June, and all is quiet about this Thursday. Shall we call it? Is it all over? Are the Stoners no more?

Thursday at 7:00 p.m. is the rule, so let's assume that is on unless otherwise stated.

But here is a specific proposal: The Gunks, long weekend (June 28 - July 1), the holiday being the Tuesday and the Monday just begging for a day off.

I have to guide book. I think I have a place to crash. We need only four 60 m ropes, two lead climbers, two followers, and lots of ambition. I can supply two ropes, one leader and some ambition.

Who is up for some all trad, all the time, for four day? Come on guys/gals, let's go.

Oh peter, I wish I could go, but as my house is getting built ( second floor goes up today ) and I just dropped 800 bucks on a new guitar, they bank won't let me spend any more.

Put me on the list for next year!

1/4 contribution toward gas, plus munchies each day, equals the expense ... P.

Hey, I'm there every time so I resent the wimp suggestion, but I see to you on Thurs night Peter. And I'm in for the Gunks even though I just spent $1400 on a 79 Guild Starfire, by the way Conan!

Very nice Stevo, we should put our "Humbuckers" together for another Jam! I picked up a 06 Gibson SG with a bigsby Bridge.
