Hey man,
I know Aliant has dover covered as long as your on top of the island. If your with Rogers you wont get anything past exabition park and Telus i'm not to sure.

I've had cell coverage there with Rogers but it is spotty.

I'm with Telus and as long as you are on top of the Island you can get reception.

I believe telus piggy backs off the aliant towers... The last time I was on dover my cell worked.

I'm with Rogers and I get reception at the boat drop off on dover, anywheres at the top, down by the bear and even as far as bulldog.
