Anyone going to 'fess-up for this? It looks pretty bad. If the first bolt is bent and half-hanging-out. The second bolt looks too high to keep you off the deck if you miss the clip. Any plans to fix this?

I posted elsewhere that the mangled bolt is mine and is not intended to be used as is or left. It has not been tightened so should pull out easily. I plan to replace it with a good bolt.
The bolt on the right is seperate climb and is a stick clip.
