Metolius Master Cams: Let the slagging commence.

So the Metolius Master Cams are finally out. Anyone have any comments yet?

My $.02, not having tried them: Nifty idea to save weight by cutting out any plastic supporting material mid-cam. Also kudos for the thumb loop. However the trigger looks pretty un-ergo and will probably suck like the first gen Zeros did. I'd give em a year to get streamlined. Till then I'll stick to my zero/camalot mix.

I did not know these were out yet. But yup, there they are on the MEC site. I'm saving my initial thoughts till I get a chance to at least touch them, but reports from people who have had a chance to play with them are saying that they look awesome (no, they didn't get a chance to climb with them either).

But you can't truely test them till you get a chance to climb on them. I mean, heck, look at Aliens. People love them, yet they look like they were put together in someone's garage.....
