I was actually just wondering , when would be the best . or at least less busy time to come up and climb at UBN ?? what are the fees and hours of operation as well

The UNB wall is open Sunday through Friday from 6pm to 9pm year-round. Climbing drop-in fees are $3/person/evening. I don't really believe the crowds are predictable... however; it is never really crowded beyond tolerance. You'll just have to take your chances.
