The brilliant thing about this method is that you are not waisting energy placing screws. Once you get in the swing of things, four tools isn't much more work than two.

I believe the official name of this style of advancement on ice is the "Ganesh method".
A monk asked Quiglin Shiqian, "What is a person who has realized the Way?"
Quiglin said, "Embracing the ice and snow, head and eyebrows held high."
