Attention all active and non active climbers in Nova Scotia! The AGM is april 24th from 7-10. We've booked a room in the Sport Nova Scotia building on Spring Garden Rd.

If you want to renew your membership in person, this is a good time to do it.
If you Want to get first grabs on Boulderfest tickets, they go on sale there
If you want to sit on the board of Director's, there are positions that need to be filled
If you just want free beer and Pizza, get it while its hot!
Or if you just want to get your hands on a kick ass calendar, come on down!

Jen, you have to be at the metting to purchase the tickets
but i am pretty sure within like 2-3 weeks you can start buying tickets

The festivities are tonight 7:00pm at the Sport Nova Scotia building on Spring Garden Road right? I take it that there will be someone checking the door and letting people in, as the door locks after 6:00pm. I will be expecting pizza and beer. See you tonight.

Boulderfest tickets will be available to members only after the agm tonight. Payment through paypal or credit card is the preferred method. If you have to use cash please bring exact change.... $30 for boulderfest for members, $20 to get a membership while you are there.

registration for those not attending the meeting will begin tomorrow morning. That will be for CNS members only. Non- members will be able to sign up starting next week if there are any spots left. 70 is the max.

I hope that this year people respect the CNS event and not make their own arrangements to be on dover during the event. Also, please make arrangements for pets (dogs and otherwise) to be at a sitters for the weekend and not on the island. CNS will continue it's discouragement of bringing dogs (or other pets ) to the event.

This will be the first time in many years that I am not able to attend the meeting.

ps... Boulderfest is on the 24.25th right?
