new project Upper Tier

Ben Turner and I put up a new bolt anchor between Most Unprecedented and D-Day and top-roped and started cleaning a new line. Needs a bit more cleaning and some fixed hardware. We will be back next weekend.

Found between Most Unprecedented and D-Day in front of a group of boulders at the right end of Upper Tier. Climb straight up the face to bolted rap station over the lip.
