hey, for those with a gps or for even just looking on a map, I've started maping out the trails to climbing locations using my new (woo hoo) gps. You can find the track log on my site http://www.tracstarr.com under downloads. I've only got Sorrows end right now, but it's a start. It's pretty cool actually. You can finally see the path that was cut. You can also follow the elevation changes. For those without a gps you can load the file into google earth to get a great perspective.

anyway, have fun, and keep checking back. Once this rain leaves i'll be back on the rock adding more trails as I got to differnet places.

Great track to sorrow's end. It would assist others on occasion to provide waypoints in addition to the valuable track info you provided. Just a thought.

Nerd, as a stereotypical or archetypal designation, refers to somebody who pursues intellectual interests at the expense of skills that are useful in a social setting, such as communication, fashion, or physical fitness.

hmmm, maybe your onto something there .... i could rig something up that automatically opens the draw when i'm clipping, and closes it afterwards. maybe have a blinking light to indicate i've backcliped. hmmmmm..... LOL

what you really need is your harness to tell you when you've run out of quick draws on particualr gear loop.

Or maybe something that would keep an inventory of what gear you have put in, than get e-mailed to the person who seconds it.

so anyway, i have added the prospect trail to the downloads and have updated the google earth file . seems i was pretty far off with the prospect bouldering location....strange

Did you log in the big loaf Nacho pinched on the trail wouldnt want anyone to step in it.
