Yup been posted, but always good to remind people. Not only has CCH had a recall they also have the worst manufacturing process you could imagine. Its been beat to death on RC.com.
Also the #1 Trango max cam has been recalled, but handled in a much better way.

Although I love those little aliens, CCH also have lousy customer service. They have yet to reply to any of the emails I sent several months ago concerning the recall!

The guy who is in charge over there "Dave" is not answering emails, he only will answer phone calls. If you had sent your dimpled aliens in early then it was about a 3 week turn around, now? Not sure. I certainly won't buy from CCH, after this incident.
