First you need to find a host somewhere on the net to place the photo. Then you can link it into any message using the '[img]' command.

you have to upload it somewhere. Either have your own website or upload it a place like

http://www.photobucket.com which is basically a photo storage place, or you could use something like http://www.parazz.com which has a gallery but also lets you link images to other sites. There's a lot of them out there.

Once you have up somewhere copy the url hit the Img button above paste the url then hit the Img button again.
