David Letterman's top ten...

Postby mathieu » Mon May 09, 2005 8:22 pm

Actually not really David Letterman's top ten but good nonetheless. Check out THIS article. I can actually claim :
- "your rack is worth more than your car" actually in my case, its cars
- "you can flowers and and belay at the same time" well not flowers but Adam has a good story about this
- "you're on day 2 of a sport climbing trip and you can't remember what you did on day 1"

OH boy,

I can list a bunch of those on mine. :) hehehe. Thank gawd I'm a trad climber!
-you see lots of sunrises on your climbing trips
-you drop your belay device and you still know how to belay
-you know what an abalakov hook is
-you have a great day of climbing then find out you didn’t do the route you thought you did
-you drive all night so you can climb all day • you drive all night because you climbed all day
-a long approach doesn’t deter you from a good climb

hahah..but i contridict many of those. my climbing pants DO stretch...and my good job does deter me from a good climb.

hey...We all know someone who has worn socks in his climbing shoes...eh Jonesy?
The phrase "working mother" is redundant. ~Jane Sellman

If a husband speaks in the woods, and his wife is not there to hear him...is he still wrong?
