Injured Knee , dont know whats wrong, anyone know any exerci

Postby Climbing4life » Wed Oct 10, 2007 11:51 am

Hi all ,
I injured my knee in the past a few years ago. and it keeps happening to me every so often
Does anyone know any good exercises to strengthen the tendons and stuff within the knee
anything basic would be a huge help.
thanks

Get thee to Physio!

Seriously, knees are complicated. Could be a tendon issue, but it could also be a muscle imbalance or a combination of both. Find a good PT and have them take a look at what the problem is and have them recomend some exercises.

A sports PT if you can find one.

Brian Head is a local climber and physiotherapist. I am sure he can help.
You are, therefore I am. That is the question....
