A huge congrats to Ellen Forhan (some may know her as John Bowles's gf) for completeing her first half IRON(wo)MAN today.
She swam 2km then biked 90 Km and then ran a 21km half marathon all in under 6 hours!
She placed 5th in her Age category and 137th over all out of nearly 250 racers.
WAY TO GO!!! Marie-France and I are so proud of your accomplishment.
