Nut Jam...

Postby Richard Eh! » Sun Aug 20, 2006 9:39 am

Left behind: 1 recalcitrant little "effer" of a nut in the corner under the first roof of Aventure Pedestre yesterday afternoon. Shades of M@ peck!!!!
I can either consider it a gift to the route demi-god (as suggested by my frustrated second who shall remain nameless) or hope that some enterprising samaritan succeeds in freeing it and is willing to kick it's ass and send it home! ...yellow and red tape...
If'n ya think ya can, ya can! If'n ya think ya can't, yer right....!

hey man, just do what I did, wait a year and that baby will just fall out in your hands. seriously, makes me wonder as to the geomorphology of that particular route.

Speaking of that, I was just reading in the latest issue of climbing how Devil's tower 'breaths' and thus the cracks expand/contract.

Todd Skinner said the spookiest thing was coming back to work on a project and finding all your fixed pro at the base!
The phrase "working mother" is redundant. ~Jane Sellman
