Looking for climbers in and around Yarmouth

I am looking to build a bouldering gym very soon in Yarmouth, NS but I need to find someone to work as an instructor or willing to learn how to become an instructor.

If I cannot find anyone qualified or motivated to work in a climbing gym I will not be able to get this project off the ground unfortunately.
