Whoa, I think the moderators should jump in here, someone has obviously high-jacked Ben Smith's account. Like as if the WBF Champ and the climbing machine we know as Ben Smith feels pain. Any way I agree with whoever posted that about the quality of the Vimeo video being better.

And my left arm/shoulder/back/chest are completely torn up still from Sunday. Absolutely brutal, but it was totally worth it. Fo sho.

The video quality is excellent and I am still in pain from sunday too.

Didn't stop me from a twilight sesh out in LOC last nite. Pleasuredome top-out is scary
