CNS Instructor courses.

Postby shoshonite » Thu Jun 09, 2011 11:04 am

It is my understanding that CNS runs it's instructor courses over several weeks, which is not something a transient such as myself can fit into a schedule, would/has CNS ever run the classes on consecutive days or other compact format? and if that isn't going to work where else on the continent can one acquire training, I would be happy to tag a few days of course work on a climbing trip.

If you're looking to guide around Canada or the states you'll find people scratching their heads a bit if you're only certified by CNS. You might want to look into certifications by the ACMG (Canada/International recognition), FQME (Quebec), AGMA (USA).
