Thanks again Teth for the heads up on Ship Rock Island (and the owner is grateful for the heads-up too). The islands are NOT for sale. The owner looked into that website and it appears they took the orignial listing from another company's website, from back when the current owner actually bought it--anyway some kind of scam or false advertising or something. He is getting the listing removed.
