CNS Director’s Meeting

Postby Climb Nova Scotia » Wed Dec 15, 2004 11:46 am

I should look at my calender more. I was supposed to post this on Monday. We have a director’s meeting tentatively scheduled for the 20th (Next Monday) at 6:30pm. If a member wishes to attend they should contact me for directions (tethc@yahoo.com).

Agenda:

- Terrence Bay Woods access issue.
- Ship Rock for sale (Privately owned but under a conservation easement)
- Replacing bolts at Eagles Nest. (Sean Kelly has volunteered)
- Sport Lead cert (do we want to tackle this?)
- Outdoor Top-Rope Examiner (Should we set specific criteria for this position?)
- Honouring prizes CNS gives out (Being realistic about our promises and honouring our commitments)

Here's a cool calander app for your desktop. Doesn't take much pcu power and you can write everything down on it.

Meeting postponed

Postby Climb Nova Scotia » Mon Dec 20, 2004 5:13 pm

Chris Hayes and Denise can't make it. I think Dave is out of Province, and the weather is supposed to be bad tonight. Therefore I am postponing the meeting until sometime in January (after the holiday season).
