I know you can get it at a Tack shop (shop that sells stuff for horses) - there is a place in Halifax (on Oxford Street) that sells it. I think that I have also seen it at drugstores in the past...not 100% sure though. did you ask Zig? I think he has used it.

There is a tack shop in Sackville called Greenhawk and one in Bayer's Lake called Tack it Up. It's in that plaza across from Beyond Gravity.
