BS at Upper Tier

Last weekend Luc and I where cleaning and trundling rocks at Upper Tier and found something pretty sad.... while cleaning rocks off the trail that fallows the cliff, we discovered that individuals are hiding garbage under small boulders, I am 110% sure that this was not done by squirrels or turkey vultures, its pretty obvious that it was deliberately placed there... pretty terrible in my book....This probably does not affect 99% of the community and I am sorry to rant, but for the person (s) concern please take action... and if there's garbage hidden else where's please take it down before someone else finds it!

I've also noticed more and more beer cans and garbage semi hidden around cochrane lane and sometimes sunnyside. disrespectful and against the outdoorsman and climbers code.

If this is being done and someone sees it, please gently tell the purpatrator to cease... or beat them into submission, whichever is your style
