Just wanted to let people know that the road which Kingston Crag is located on (Lake Road) is currently closed to through traffic. DOT posted a big sign in the middle of the road at each end. If you really want to access the cliff you still can but be advised that the flooding over the weekend caused a small landslide just north of the driveway leading to the approach trail. The material that slid is now slightly encroaching on the road and looks pretty unstable so pass at your own risk. I expect there will be some heavy equipment in there soon to try and correct the problem but hey this is Kingston so it could take a while

We climbed there last night and access was not a problem. Even though road closure signs are up at both ends of the road, local traffic still flowed freely, including school buses. Front end loaders were on the site, both I'm sure they don't work past 4pm.
The black flies were bad.
