Help ... sending PMs ???

Could someone please explain how to get a message to send?

When I send a PM, it goes the Outbox and just seems to stay there ...

I can't get them to send

I think it stays in your outbox until the receiver opens it. Test it out by sending me a message and I'll open and reply.
